Edward Sanchez is Co-Founder and Principal of the Commercial Brokerage at Prenton Realty, the boutique full-service brokerage he builds alongside his father, Designated Managing Broker Paul Sanchez. A lifelong Naperville resident, Edward leads the firm’s commercial practice: tenant representation, landlord representation, multifamily and investment sales, and the Capital Markets advisory serving investment groups and family offices.
Edward studied Finance at DePaul University and built his analytical foundation in institutional capital markets, including experience at Fitch Ratings and at Great Wolf Lodge, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he supported a $2.55B refinancing. He brings that underwriting discipline to every brokerage assignment, from a first storefront lease to a twenty-unit apartment acquisition.
His recent work includes placing a flagship restaurant and speakeasy concept at Block 59, Naperville’s new dining and entertainment district, representing office landlords in downtown Naperville, and advising multifamily investors on acquisitions and agency financing strategy across Chicagoland. Edward holds the ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional) credential and is active in the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and Chicago’s River North business community. He also leads LuxuryCabos.com, Prenton’s international division in Los Cabos, Mexico.
