Paul Sanchez is Co-Founder and Designated Managing Broker of Prenton Realty. Over more than 25 years in Chicagoland real estate, Paul has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors across hundreds of transactions, building the reputation for straight dealing that Prenton Realty is founded on.
As Designated Managing Broker, Paul is responsible for the firm’s brokerage operations, supervision, and standards under Illinois license law, and he remains an active producing broker. His recent closings include residential sales across Naperville and Aurora, among them a $495,000 sale in the Amberwood neighborhood, and he co-leads multifamily investment assignments with the firm’s commercial team, including buyer representation on apartment acquisitions in Cook County.
Paul builds Prenton Realty together with his son, Edward Sanchez, pairing decades of market judgment with a modern, analytics-driven commercial practice. The result is a boutique brokerage where every client works with a principal who has seen their situation before.
